Privacy

Ruukkilabra does not collect any information about students. The site has no sign-in, no analytics and no ads, and it uses no cookies.

What is saved in your browser?

So that your work is not lost when you close the page, Ruukkilabra saves some things only in this device's browser: your solutions, predictions and measurements, self-assessments, lesson progress, concept card progress, and the read-aloud settings and voice model. This data never leaves your device and nobody else can see it, not even your teacher.

How do I delete it?

You can clear it at any time by deleting the site data in your browser settings (Cookies and site data). On a shared computer, clear it when you finish or use a private window.

Outside services

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs ordinary technical server data such as IP addresses. Videos in some courses come from YouTube and load only when you press play. Other outside links (for example photo sources) open another website with its own rules.
